We are an independent family firm, established by Simon Franklin in 1999. Simon was joined by his daughters Victoria in 2015 and Sarah in 2018. Simon previously owned a multi office residential/commercial estate agency in West London and also spent eight years as a restaurateur. Sarah and Victoria both had a background with “blue chip” estate agencies prior to joining the business as directors.
Franklin Commercial are one of the few Commercial Estate Agents in London & the South East successfully handling the letting and sale of both commercial property and businesses over a wide area.
